Responded to service call for boiler reporting no hot water and error code #5. Upon inspection, confirmed boiler was functioning properly with no stored error codes. Determined the "5" display was normal operation indicator when burner is active during in-floor heating cycle. Verified domestic hot water tank was at proper temperature and operating correctly. Inspected external vent to ensure no freezing obstruction. Explained normal system operation to customer who was unaware of display indicators during heating cycles.
