Customer wanted new thermostat for upstairs system. They had purchased ecobee to be used. Asked about inspecting system and informed customer couldn’t grantee operations of system without inspecting today, and spoke about Homecare. Customer agreed to homecare. Homecare visit scheduled for monday morning. Installed ecobee and tested sysytem functions. Given age of upstairs system performed carbon monoxide inspection. 0ppm detected. Tested cooling turns on. Ac turned on. Did find the inducer tubing had cracked and broken off before testing system. Reattached and advised the tube was very small for its connection and would likely fall off again. Noticed no flood protection for upstairs system. Quoted repairs visually found.
