For this job, the customer stated the kitchen faucet had came loose, and it was due to the faucet being hard to move normally causing it to come loose. The customer also wanted the two master bathroom faucets replaced as well. The customer opted to get all three faucets replaced, and to have the plastic shut off valves in the master replaced with new compression style shut offs.
