Zoned system (2 dampers), has issue with upstairs thermostat. Other company bypassed zone board and left main level thermostat controlling the entire house. Re wired zone board and dampers and tested both thermostats. Thermostats are working properly, but upstairs damper is not closing. Replaced upstairs motor damper and re tested system and dampers. System and zoning are working properly with dampers opening and closing as it calls. No issue with system. Signed up customer for home care program. Filter is clean and drain line clear.
