During our visit, the customer mentioned the downstairs toilet was not flushing. Also mentioned some questions regarding the types of ejector pumps that we install. Upon inspection of the existing Everbilt ejector, I noticed the float switch was bad. I spoke with the customer regarding solutions and longevity. Multiple quotes were provided and presented. A quote was approved and work began. A new 1/2 hp Liberty ejector pump (vertical float) was installed with a new lid and gasket kit. Majority of the discharge and vent piping was replaced. A new quiet ball check combo was also installed. After the installation was complete, multiple fixtures were ran simultaneously to assure the new pump was working accordingly. These repairs were tested for leaks and functionality after completion. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!
