Customer toilet upstairs was giving them issue upon arrival. I ran water to test the main line and decided that it was a soft blockage in the toilet next I gave a option to run my cable down the line if that didn’t work next step was to pull the toilet after running my cable down the toilet I was able to push for the blockage and after testing the toilet is back working and flooring normally
