Tech was out to perform inspection on 1 system. The following tech has came a crossed. Ductwork on system, all of it is needing to be replaced. Due to ripped and tears. There are a couple that are completely disconnected. The insulation is completely ripped off in some areas. There is no repair for that. That would need to be ripped out and new ductwork added. Door switch has been hard wired to system, this is a hazard. A new door switch needs to installled for system to shut off when taking off door to furnace . System is zoned . Zone system is disconnected. This system does not need to be zoned customer can do away with the zone system. When replacing ductwork you would need to also replace the supply Plenum as well as the return Plenum. No drain pan under furnace. This is mandatory.There is no safety switches on drain line or on the ground to detect water if water is present this can also lead to flooding in crawlspace. Inducer motor is very noisy. This is needing to be replaced.
