Claim number: 01009408759 Customer called initially about a leak in the kitchen. On first visit, found a leaking angle stop under the sink and replaced it. Remediation company started work and once kitchen island was removed there was water around the hot water line coming through the concrete slab. Performed basic leak test on hot plumbing in home and found it was not holding pressure due to a leak in the slab. Removed concrete around hot line in kitchen coming through slab. Dug around pipe and found a split in the cpvc pipe at the base of the concrete slab. Cut out section pipe with crack and installed new pex pipe with two new water stops for the kitchen faucet and dishwasher Leak detection came out and verified there were no other leaks present. With this confirmed, dirt was backfilled and concrete was installed and smoothed around hole. Customer needs to allow at least a couple of days for the concrete to properly cure before any flooring is placed Thank you for choosing TE
