Customer has 31 y/o Carrier furnace matched with 26 y/o Carrier AC that operates for right main level. System was not heating due to faulty thermostat. Replaced with basic thermostat. Tested heating and cooling. System is well past life expectancy. Several components are bad. R22 based system. Informed customer of all findings. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. System is currently working.
