Tech arrived to no heat call for entire home. System is approximately 9 years old and located in crawlspace. Homeowner expressed that the system had a loud band and system was not heating anymore. Inspected system. Found system out in lockout. Found blower motor bracket broken which is attached to motor itself. Motor needs to be replaced. Found blower assembly broken in multiple places and blades stuck in secondary heat exchanger. Condensate pump is operational, but is in questionable state. Safeties are not intact.
