Tested system not heating, found the inducer motor was locked up, and the system would not start. While we were here, we fully inspected the system and the heating exchanger. Inspecting, we found lots of rust buildup within the burner section and noticed a crack on one of the eyelids of the heat exchanger. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
