Pressure regulator valve is an older style Watts single chamber with a blue tag. Shutoff valve is an older style gate valve. They are attached to CPVC. Replaced old watts single chamber with a new Watts 25AUB and replaced main shutoff valve with a new quarter turn ball valve. Water pressure in house is now 60 PSI. Showers were not getting very hot, removed handle and found that they were not adjusted, adjusted showers to a comfortable level for the homeowner. Homeowner also had a washing machine that had no water to it. I found that the valves for the washing machine were turned off.
