Performed a 4 system homecare today. I flushed all drains, cleaned inducer ports, changed 20x25x4 filters that customer supplied. All systems had minimal flood protection. I found few issues with systems and notified customer on them. The guest house evaporator was real dirty causing me to have a low super heat. It will need a cleaning before I can check charge again. I quoted repairs for all systems and emailed the customer. December 26 cleaned blower wheel, condenser and evaporator today. Installed a capacitor for blower motor downstairs and install 2 I waves in both furnaces.
