Came to call, the system was blowing hot air when it called for cool. after performing a full diagnostic on both systems we found that the setting on the thermostats were incorrect and set to a straight AC instead of a heat pump. After fixing that issue and going to outdoor unit the fan still wasn’t running so we check all components again and found that the board was not sending power to the contractor, so the board was bad. we will need to replace the board in order to restore full functionality
