Performed 1 system diagnostics on the upstairs electric Trane unit. When I ran the system in heat or cooling mode the system was pumping itself down due to a possible restriction in both indoor and outdoor txv’s. I could not run the system long enough to perform through diagnostics of the system; system may have additional issues. I called Trane customer warranty center and they advised me that the system are no longer under warranty (out of warranty in October of 2022). I gave the homeowner the price to replace the txv’s along with a new filter drier and new refrigerant. Customer wanted an estimate to replace the entire hvac system. *** no refunds of the txv repair; system may have additional issues. Additional repairs maybe needed.***
