Came out to a no 24v at the thermostat call. I after fully diagnosing the system we found that the thermostat was hooked up incorrectly. The C wire to power the thermostat was not connected. We also found that the inducer motor was really load as of the barrings were going bad. The blower motor was completely impacted with pet hair which caused the motor to over heat as well as amp high. This could cause the motor to fail so we recommended cleaning the motor and blower wheel. The motor may still have further issue because of the stress from the buildup but is working correctly at this time. We cleaned the blower motor and wheel, installed a new inducer motor and wired the thermostat correctly. The system is currently working to specifications.
