TE Certified responded immediately to our cry for help when the water line into our HOA burst at the end of the day. Our five homes were without water which poured down the street at full force. Luckily, Brandon and Corey were only minutes away. They immediately cut off the water at the city meter, then assessed the cause of the break and needed repairs. First thing the next day they came out with the tools and parts required, and made the repairs, which required a good six hours. By early evening, water was restored, and the technicians reinforced the new backflow preventer with copper and cement to ensure the integrity of the work. The team was extremely polite and clearly communicated the repair requirements with the HOA President.
