He identified issues that were overlooked by others, clarified what was necessary versus optional, and helped me understand both the immediate repairs and longer-term preventative steps. He was organized and transparent throughout. Additionally, to support his assessment and recommendations, he shared photographs of my equipment and gauge readings. His explanations were thorough and demonstrated a real depth of knowledge. It’s rare to meet a technician who delivers this level of clarity and integrity.
