Came in for a no cool call. When arrived noticed that thermostat did not had power. Proceed to check indoor system located in the crawlspace and found that condensate pump was faulty. Also noticed that duct work was filled with dust and debris, causing air flow restriction and making system over work, also there was sings of biological growth. When testing outdoor unit noticed that refrigerant was very low, which means that there is leak in system. Let costumer know about this issues and gave them options.
