Checked over all operations of system, unit is old and does have some wear down due to age. Advised customer of dirty blower wheel, customer approved to have cleaned today, removed blower housing and cleaned. Advised customer that there is no flood protection on equipment customer approved to have wet switch and inline float switch installed today. There was a lot of growth build up in equipment, customer approved to have entire system cleaned. Advised customer there is signs of heavy rusting on the evaporator coil. Customer advised me that the reme halo for system was no longer coming on, tested transformer and system had 240volts, the reme halo has failed, customer approved to have new Uv light installed today.
