The homeowner is still experiencing luke warm water through the house and periods when the water is at the correct temperature. On this trip isolation valves were added at the Thermostatic Mixing Valve to test the system without it being a factor, and all of the Moen Posi-Temp cartridges were replaced. The water heater, PRV, check valves, recirculation pump, kitchen faucet, and thermostatic Mixing Valve have been replaced approximately 9 months ago. Tested with the the mixing valve isolated and in service and the temperature at all of the fixtures were tested multiple times and at different length intervals. The temperature is reading consistent every time tested. Homeowner has the temperature set to 135 degrees.
