6 gauge aluminum wire running to disconnect and 8 gauge copper running to air handler from disconnect. Using 10kw heat strips these wires are not rated for this load. Need to replace heat strips with 8kw. Limit usage of heat strips through smart Ecobee thermostat to run less and prevent stress on wires. This can be a potential fire hazard and is not recommended to run at all until heat strips are replaced
