Customer called about not having any hot water. He currently does not live at the home and is having to stay in a hotel due to construction being done to repair damage caused by a tree that fell onto the house. Relit pilot light on water heater and it is working like it should at this time. Explained to customer that the water heater is from 2007 and it is highly recommended to replace it with a new one. Customer chose to not replace at this time and only relight the pilot. If any other problems arise with the water heater it will not be covered under the scope of today’s work and would have to be charged. I told customer that if he decides to replace the water heater within the next two weeks then I will use the $189 from today to relight the pilot light towards the water heater replacement Thank you for choosing TE Certified
