At arrival on July 3, 2025 homeowner mentioned that the main floor system was not cooling and it was frozen. I also mentioned that once they took the filter out, the system started to cool right back. After inspection, found that the air filter was extremely clogged up. The blower’s motor and capacitor were weak, there was no SS1 safety switch and no wet safety switch installed in the system. Incorrect gas T was installed. Cracked Heat exchanger found. Dirty duck works. Microbial growth in the duck works. The condenser was extremely dirty. Gave options to customer to replace the furnace and address the above findings or to perform a full system replacement. Furnace is 24 years old. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Set a lead for today between 11AM to 2pm
