The customer was experiencing power loss in 5e first bedroom to the right, the back bedroom and the master bedroom on the left. The issue was located in the master bedroom where the window unit is plugged in, this is a direct result of quick wiring or Stab in Backs. I informed the homeowner that it is not an illegal way to terminate devices however they have a higher failure rate then hooking the terminals. After restoring power I found the circuit has an open ground on it and I explained to the homeowner how important it is to have things properly bonded and grounded to ensure safety. I have found other issues with electrical system and they are as followed: -Panel- The home has an old Murray panel located in the garage just passed the steps. I found old breakers along with breakers that are not listed by the manufacturer which could result in damage to the panel board, which could lead to a panel replacement the wiring make up and the panel is poor, and I found double tapped neutral
