Arrived on site and customer stated that the toilet in the basement had a crack in the bowl. The crack was causing the toilet to leak and wanted options to replace it. Customer agreed for me to replace the toilet and angle stop , and was aware that if the flange was damaged or position properly it could need Replacement. Once I took apart the toilet , the flange was sitting to high , and did need replacing. Once flange was replaced I completed the rest of the toilet install , and checked all work related areas to ensure no issues.
