Came out for no heat call on Upstairs 2020 RunTru Heat Pump. Checked all indoor and outdoor systems as well as ductwork. Found mechanically failed compressor that is also leaking behind rusted terminals. Confirmed getting 240v to plug and pulling 1.9amps (rated for 10amps). Checked pressures while running and they were equalized but dropping due to leak. Also found return duct came off of plenum and system is pulling in attic air. Blower wheel with build up, no UV protection or wet switch for TE Standard flood protection. Main recommendation is to have install supervisor come out to discuss new system options due to poor conditions and maintenance of equipment. Customer agreed, set up visit for upcoming Tuesday. Customers' main floor system's outdoor unit was not coming on, went ahead and checked as a courtesy. Checked all indoor and outdoor equipment as well as ductwork.
