Install new electrical service at front of neighborhood behind entrance sign. Meter base and 200a disconnect with available breaker spaces to be installed on metal strut framing built behind neighborhood sign. (Power company to trench wiring into meter base) Install two 20a circuits with outdoor rated quad outlets and GFCI outlets at service for irrigation system and lighting.
