Upon arrival customer stated that system was not coming on and cooling, did not see outdoor system turning on. After inspection of 14 year old system found that unit had a failed outdoor contactor not allowing system to come on. In addition to a failed contactor outdoor capacitor was bad and condenser coils were very dirty. Checked indoor system, found drain line not draining properly and strapped properly, blower wheel is dirty, evaporator coil is dirty, no flood protection on primary drain line. Growth build up inside of air handler. Customer approved estimates to have drain line corrected, contactor replaced, condenser coils cleaned and capacitor replaced. Customer declined recommendations for evaporator coil cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, wet pan flood protection, inline float switch, advanced Uv light. Made all repairs to system and tested amps on compressor and condenser fan motor found no issues. Refrigerant levels tested good at this time. Advise customer that there is a lot
