arrived on site to troubleshoot a 2022 ox box that wasn’t cooling. System was working well this weekend until it stopped working. This was the first time we came out for hvac related issues. No homecare plan. I found there was a large leak at the liquid line near the service port. Right at a weld, the system leaked out all 410a and wouldn’t kick on due to a low pressure cutout. The system in the basement/ garage didn’t have any flood protection so we repaired the leak, pulled a deep vacuum and charged the system to factory charge of r410a. I then added a wet switch and a drain line switch to shut the system off if pump fails or drain line clogs. After repair I cycled and ran the system for half an hour bringing down the indoor temp from 80 to 77 degrees. We had a solid. 22 degree temp split and operating pressures were good. System fully operational upon departure. Joined homecare today as well. Call complete.
