For this job the customer stated they had a possible leak coming from the washer box upstairs. Stain was visible in the garage ceiling, however customer capped hot and cold line to washer box which stopped the leak. Further inspection showed water pressure was 130 psi and a failed expansion tank. Customer also wanted upstairs tub spout fixed. We explained our findings to the customer and gave multiple quotes which included new washer box, new Prv, new expansion and new tub spout. Customer decided to move forward with the quote that included the tub spout, Prv and expansion tank. Other issues were noticed around the home presented and explained to the customer.
