Jeremiah is an absolutely top notch technician. He was faced with an unexpected repair problem that would have been too costly and damaging to carry out. Instead, he was able to improvise a new solution that avoided the cost and damage, and which works perfectly well. Extremely nice fellow, works efficiently, and does a good slow solid job. I could not be happier with this experience.
