Tech completed diagnosis, tech noticed clogged drain line at upstairs attic furnace. Customer wanted to move forward with clearing drain line and removal of water in pan. Also tech adjusted fan speed in cooling at furnace from black to blue wire. Customer is satisfied due to complaint upstairs furnace making loud noises when running. Customer declined flood protection for upstairs and Home Care Membership plan.
