Came in for no cool call. When came in thermostat was on but condenser was not running. When checking indoor system notice that condensate pump had failed activated flood protection switch. System is located in crawlspace and humidity level are pretty high causing biological growth sings I’m system. Let homeowner know about this issues and gave her options.
