After performing diagnostics, I found the outdoor capacitor was completely bad on the compressor side, the condenser fan side was testing weak, the contactor was burnt, the indoor fan capacitor is weak, and the system had no flood protection, the condensate pump also had no kill switch or flood protection for it.
