Very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Terrance did a thorough job and explained everything to me in detail about the installation for the stove and TV. He made sure the work was satisfactory and provided photos and receipt. He was very patient and went out of his way to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Would highly recommend him!
