Service no cool ..main level ….defective dehumidifier in basement trips receptacle which is shared with receptacle for furnace …dehumidifier was turned off/ denergized ….AC unit ran for 24 hours client stated upon arrival …checked system and verified AC operations …took duct temps as well before rain started …* * did advise to client that dehumidifier is hooked up to return duct for main level and not to mention 4 duct runs on the top of dehumidifier so it could be conditioning other areas …as a result made an option to add germicidal lamp on indoor coil on main level as precaution, if replacement isn’t made for dehumidifier ..client opted for germicidal lamp , condensate pump replacement and install supervisor visit for dehumidifier options for main level …* Installed blue tube germicidal lamp, condensate pump …lead booked for Monday 06/30/25..for dehumidifier replacement options ..as always, thank you for choosing TE certified ..
