Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Came out for no cool. Found cap is bad. Contactor is pitted. Compressor over amping. Blower motor is bad. Heat exchanger is busted. Coil is very dirty. No disconnect at the house door unit. Thermostat is very old and poor. Due to cost of repairs and warranty purposes do not recommend repairs on this system. Left system off at furnace switch. Customer elected to have install supervisor scheduled to come out to give estimates for replacement.
