Performed customer two system homecare spring maintenance check Changed (16x25x4) media filter other media filter downstairs was ok at this time. Both units are 13 years old. Checked over all operations for the upstairs system. Blower wheel was dirty, blower capacitor tested good with no issues, duct work is in good shape, drain line is flowing properly. Advised customer there is alto of rust build up falling in the drain line from evaporator coil. Evaporator coil does have a lot of rusting on it. Checked outdoor unit, outdoor capacitor was testing weak, condenser coils are dirty, contactor is very pitted. Recommended new capacitor, contactor, Uv light, condenser coil cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, inline float switch and evaporator coil for system. Customer would like for me to follow up on capacitor, contactor and condenser coil cleaning tomorrow. Wants better price for capacitor.
