No Heat - Only System System not heating due to multiple reasons, main reason being that furnace control board has failed. The board is rusted/corroded and not responding to a heat call. This is single stage builder grade equipment that is zoned. This equipment is not designed/capable to operate zoning. The heat exchanger has multiple cracks, with some of them rather large. These cracks and failures are from improper application of equipment. The AC has already had a power enhancer prematurely fail due to this as well. After going over the condition, repairs, and improper application, the homeowner requested I send out an install supervisor to go over updating the equipment.
