Arrived at the customer’s home to assist them with a few questions they had after recently moving into the new house. The first two questions about whether or not the water heater needs maintenance and about the pavilion heat lamp are better answered by a plumber and electrician respectively. The customer also asked about the humidifier for the downstairs HVAC system. The customer was recently told by a different heating and air conditioning company not to run the humidifier due to its age. The humidifier is from 2017. After turning the water back on and enabling humidification from the living room thermostat, it seems to work at this time. It is important to note that the humidifier is around its life expectancy and showing signs of corrosion/wear, so it is unknown how long it will continue to function. The circuit contained a junction box that is not secured properly and no disconnect. The customer would like to schedule an install supervisor to build a quote for replacing the steam
