Completed a 2 system HomeCare Cycled both systems through heating and cooling from the thermostats. Replaced both 1 inch filters, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, flushed both drain lines and the condensate pump, and tested all major components and motors for proper function. The upstairs system that serves the main level and upstairs is a single stage builder grade system with zoning. This is not the proper equipment to utilize zoning with. This system is also short on return air. This system will have premature failures and issues due to the application. The system was low on refrigerant, and today.
