I tried saving the old motor and tried wiring backwards to get it to spin the right direction; sometimes it would not spin properly. I installed a New condenser fan motor with the homeowners permission. I installed the new motor and tests it. I also tested the refrigerant pressures. The system was operating at the time of service call. I emailed estimates for flood protection. Homeowner paid for full year 2 systems for homecare plan.
