For this job I did a leak troubleshoot for the homeowner when I arrived. He already had the Watermain service excavated and had another plumbing company out before I came onto the scene that installed a flow meter directly on his water main service. The flowmeter showed no sign of water Vlosich when I isolated the meter it showed no sign of water Vlosich, and when I opened up the meter to observe the water usage with the plumbing stagnant there was still no water loss. I observed this for over an hour. The homeowner also notified me that his water bill has not increased. In fact over the past few months, it has decreased which added to his bewilderment. These townhomes share a single slab, and I believe that one of his neighbors actually has the leak.
