Customer was having issues with the toilet upstairs , upon arrival I tested the bathroom group to make sure it wasn’t a main line blockage and after testing everything was flowing well except for the toilet , it was a soft blockage in the toilet , next I ran my toilet auger and it was packed with tissue paper and after trying a few times I was able to clear the blockage , and after testing again to be sure it didn’t get stuck in the main lime , the whole bathroom group flows perfectly, I let the customer know replacing the toilet with a pressure assist toilet will be best to prevent blockages compared to the toilet she have now that’s older that is prone to clogging up
