Tested system that was not heating for the whole home. Found the gas line shut off valve was not able to open fully because the positioning of the furnace. I was able to tighten the connection and reposition the shut off so it fully opens. Also, the flue pipe had insulation sitting on it. I had to remove the insulation to have 1 inch of clearance from the double wall flue pipe. This system does not have a condensate pump, secondary pan, or proper flood protections up to TE certified standards. Tested the heat and no failures at this time.
