Upon arrival, I spoke to the customer who had an issue of all, but one receptacle in the dining room working. After agreeing on the diagnostic, I proceeded and investigating the issue. I started by opening the outlets that I thought were next in line and end of the line. After identifying, I tested the outlet that still had power and found it to be cracked and have a loose terminal on the upper side. After educating and talked to the customer for a little bit, we proceeded in the repair. I gave the diagnostic as a courtesy as it was very quick. I replaced the receptacle with a like Ivy receptacle as that was the customer’s preference even though they had a white plate. In beginning to work, the customer also pointed out a receptacle that he wanted re-mounted in the kitchen. After finishing up the work on the receptacle, I proceeded to remounting the kitchen receptacle. The box was busted and it was covered up with a piece of tile.
