Customer called us out for a backed up drain in the basement shower. I inspected the bathroom and the sewage ejector pump. The ejector pump had water on the lid but no obvious leaks. The shower was not holding water anymore. I bypassed the float by plugging in the ejector directly. It worked and took awhile to fully drain. I then plugged the float back up and ran water in the shower till I heard the pump go off 5 times. Issue seems to be resolved.
