Customer had a leak on ceiling in downstairs hallway and after further investigation we found that the upstairs toilet was leaking from the bolts. The water traveled down the wall into the Sheetrock in the downstairs ceiling. We replaced the toilet with a 12 inch rough kohler helmbrook with a new wax ring and new closet bolts. After replacing it we cleaned the area thoroughly and left a clean area. We also wasn’t able to take a picture of the water heater because homeowner was not home.
