Furnace nit making noise on arrival and we could not recreate the noise while I was here. I did observe that the condensation pump had failed and the red light was on, pump was very hot. Replaced the pump with home owners permission. Furnace is 15 hears old and has exceeded its average life expectancy. Recommended updating the gas furnace. System operating properly on departure.
